At Kalpah, we focus on delivering premium sweatshirts built for comfort and durability. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item was delivered within the last 7 days
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not damaged by the customer
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products showing signs of wear or washing
- Items without original tags
- Clearance or discounted products (if marked final sale)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong item
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details at:

4. Return Process
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility.
- You will receive return instructions.
- Product inspection will be conducted after receipt.
Do not ship items without approval.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned products.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines depend on bank/payment gateway processing (usually 5–10 business days).
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Important Notes
- Kalpah reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
